It was time for an annual AC maintenance and I had heard great things about Greer’s Banner Air and called for an appointment. Jessica in the office was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me and their technician was here within a week. Joe was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He even asked for a towel to wipe off some fingerprints on my attic entry! Superb customer service. My experience with Banner air was 100% positive. I highly recommend!!

September in Bakersfield is still summer at 100 plus degrees. Our AC went out, I called them and they fixed it the next day! Joe, the technician who came right on time diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed two other minor issues. He was very friendly and personable and professional. It’s hard to find repair companies who care about customer service, but when it happens, it’s not forgotten. The prices were very reasonable. I will always call them for AC and heating repairs.

This was the second time I chose Banner Air for our ac service. I prefer using locally owned businesses and Banner Air always provides quality service! The last time Banner serviced our units was almost 4 years ago by their service technician, Joe. I was really pleased to see him again. In our experience Banner Air has corrected problems caused by other A/C companies work and have always ‘thought outside the box’ in their approach. Friendly and reliable as well as knowledgeable, they have always come through when needed. I discovered them when a company I was using dropped commercial work…had to call York corporate to find out who could pick up my warranty and Banner Air was suggested – I’ve been a commercial and residential customer of Banner Air for over 10 years as a result.

Amazing service and integrity!!! Called on a Sunday morning because the AC went out in the middle of the night. Service Tech Kent called back within an hour. Kent didn’t want to have to charge me the $180 call out fee (to come out on a Sunday in Taft) when my set of AC symptoms usually pointed to something minor; so instead, he went through some troubleshooting tips with me and PRESTO! problem solved, free of charge. I can’t thank Kent and this business enough for its prompt response, honesty, and integrity…qualities which are so scarce in this shady, dishonest, and cost-gouging world.
