I am so glad I found this wonderful company. They give it their all to get the job done. From technicians to office staff, they are kind and have always had a smile on their face. We had our gas fireplace stop working. Within a short time they had the problem figured out. I got a call with price and how soon they could get part and finish. The second tech spread out a tarp so he wouldn’t get any dirt on our carpet. Our gas logs and embers were not in the correct order and he brought a paper with the correct layout and put it all back the right way, he replaced the broken part and the fireplace looked so beautiful with everything in order and the embers glowing with the flames.
This company will always get my business whether air conditioning or fireplace and should get yours too!

It was time for an annual AC maintenance and I had heard great things about Greer’s Banner Air and called for an appointment. Jessica in the office was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me and their technician was here within a week. Joe was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. September in Bakersfield is still summer at 100 plus degrees. Our AC went out, I called them and they fixed it the next day! Joe, the technician who came right on time diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed two other minor issues. He was very friendly and personable and professional. It’s hard to find repair companies who care about customer service, but when it happens, it’s not forgotten. The prices were very reasonable. I will always call them for AC and heating repairs.

This was the second time I chose Banner Air for our ac service. I prefer using locally owned businesses and Banner Air always provides quality service! The last time Banner serviced our units was almost 4 years ago by their service technician, Joe. I was really pleased to see him again. In our experience Banner Air has corrected problems caused by other A/C companies work and have always ‘thought outside the box’ in their approach. Friendly and reliable as well as knowledgeable, they have always come through when needed. I discovered them when a company I was using dropped commercial work…had to call York corporate to find out who could pick up my warranty and Banner Air was suggested – I’ve been a commercial and residential customer of Banner Air for over 10 years as a result.

Amazing service and integrity!!! Called on a Sunday morning because the AC went out in the middle of the night. Service Tech Kent called back within an hour. Kent didn’t want to have to charge me the $180 call out fee (to come out on a Sunday in Taft) when my set of AC symptoms usually pointed to something minor; so instead, he went through some troubleshooting tips with me and PRESTO! problem solved, free of charge. I can’t thank Kent and this business enough for its prompt response, honesty, and integrity…qualities which are so scarce in this shady, dishonest, and cost-gouging world.

I have been acquainted with the Greer family in heating and air conditioning since 1975. I needed to have the air conditioner temporarily moved to permit work on a sewer line which passed under the unit. Kent Greer was terrific, as always. I called him and he returned my call within an hour. That was at 7:45. The unit was disconnected and moved before 10:00 so the plumbers could resume work. Great company with excellent service ever since I have known them.
