The technicians and staff at Greer’s Banner Air of Bakersfield, Inc. are a dedicated group of individuals, working together as a team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
KENT G. (President)
In the HVAC trade since birth, Kent started his career helping his father at Greer’s Banner Air of Bakersfield, Inc. As a teen, he attended BC and studied HVAC and Solar trades in college, and worked with other local HVAC companies until he took over the business from his father in the late 1980’s. Continuing the family tradition Kent raised his only daughter in Bakersfield and she too works for Banner Air in the office as Vice President.
ERICA H. (Vice President)
Erica was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. A graduate of BC and Cal State Bakersfield, Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management. With 10 years of corporate management under her belt, we are excited to have her back as a 3rd generation partner for Greer’s Banner Air of Bakersfield, Inc.
JESSICA C. (General Manager)
Jessica is the first line of communication between you, our customer, and our brand. Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, Jessica came to Banner Air with 10 years of retail customer service and clerical experience she brings a balanced skill set for all the dispatching, scheduling, and various other duties she is called to do on a daily basis.
JOE T. (Service Manager)
Joe comes to us with 15 years of HVAC service experience, 11 of those years with Banner Air. As a well-tenured service technician, Joe is the face of our service department and commonly known for his wit and humor. Joe prides himself on maintaining customer relationships and is often recognized for his excellent customer service and results.
